Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
All orders - including expedited - ship within 1-2 business days. If there is any problem and your order is unable to ship within the specified time above, we will email you right away.
Q: Do you offer any squeaker free dog toys?
We do! Styles and designs change however, check back or email us if you are looking for something specific! Always happy to help.
Q: Do you make cat toys?
We are experimenting with cat toys and recently added a small collection of catnip toys to our shop. Check back for new styles or let us know what styles you are hoping to find.
Q: Does the brass on the collars and leashes tarnish?
It's real brass and can form a natural oxidized patina but it takes a very long time. We personally like the vintage patina brass can wear into but it can also be easily polished if desired.
